Duration of treatmen: Depends on how long you were supposed to be treated, how many days you missed, and how many days you got before you stopped. Most of the time you need 3-5 days of treatment for an uncomplicated uti. If you got several days, only missed 1-2 days then you should probably complete the course. If it has been longer, then you may have only partially treated the infection allowing it to return.
