Sometimes i feel like doctors don't care! and they are all about the money and becoming the best we'll known doctor. it's so frustrating?

Know what you mean: I feel the same way about the whole system. Doctors, clinics, hospital, insurance companies.

I disagree: Some doctors are like that but after 40 years as a doctor in my experience the vast majority are dedicated, caring men and women who have sacrificed through 7 to 9 years of grueling training after 4 years of college, who have accumulated large student loans, who work nights, weekends and holidays, who give up precious time from their families in order to give the best possible care to their patients.
