It can be related: To your caloric intake, your liquid intake, your level of stress & fatigue, the type of pump you're using, & /or the frequency of nursing., among other things. The more you nurse your baby, the more milk you produce. For assistance, check with your pediatrician & ask about a referral to a lactation consultant.

Your milk: Supply has diminished. You can try to nurse every two hours and drink plenty of fluids to help with production. Fenugreek seeds have shown to increase milk production by 900%! it will not improve low production if both breasts are not completely drained every two to three hours. Worth a try. If not , formulas are readily available.
