A member asked:

Can laughing all the time be a sign of nerves?

Depends : Emotional dyscontrol syndrome occurs after head injury, strokes, als, ms, and represents inappropriate emotions, such as unprovoked laughter or crying. Does any of this fit? If so, and you are unable to control it, there are meds available to help.
