Maybe: Stomach cramp with low grad temperature elevation are most commonly a viral syndrome, but need to consider other more serious illnesses as well. Need to exclude urinary tract infection, (frequency or pain with urination ), colitis or diverticulitis, ( diarrhea and or mucous mixed with the stool as well as change in the caliber of the stool, as well as infections of the female reproductive tract.
