No: I'm maybe a little confused by the wording of the question but: a woman does not have periods after she become pregnant, which of course follows implantation.

Bleeding: A period is a cycle bleed based on ovulation. If you have an implanted embryo you may bleed but is not a "period". 25% of women will have bleeding in the first trimester and most will not miscarry. This is generally due to implantation. Good luck.
