???: Just goes to show you can't believe everything you read/see on the internet. Stretching exercises do not help make you taller. This is true. Now, in a few instances, boys may still have a little growth left in their early college years. This is a matter of genetics and a fact that their growth plates may not have completely fused. Most guys/ and essentially all girls are done by 20.

Skeletal growth in : The extremities typically stops by age 20 except for the spine which may add growth ( height) and the clavicle or collarbone which has the last growth plate to close. So you can get a little broader and a little taller at age 20, but not everyone has this potential. Stretching wont due it, it is problbly just a coincidence. You get temporary height in the am from water in your spinal discs.
