I had a brain and cervical spine mri. there is a long standing focus on the left cordate head, present since my 2006 mri.probably ischemic .?

If no change/no worr: If what was seen on MRI in 2006 is unchanged and there is no other image and clinically you have no symptoms, you should not worry but do consult with your doctor who ordered the MRI about the significance of the image.
