Not that simple: Ovarian cancer is a dangerous disease, all available ammunition must me used for best results chemo also, as there is already pelvic invasion was present , to minimize recurrence, stranded care requires both. Only exception if patient refuses, very low grade 1 , where where curative extensive radical surgery was done , and showing small microscopic of pelvic invasion may be possible.

Ovarian cancer: In europe they do not treat with chemo, in the us we have higher survival and lower recurrence and we treat with carboplatin/paclitaxel based upon studies performed in the us.
