Still reflux?: Laryngopharyngeal reflux or LPR may be the answer. You may not feel like you have reflux all the time but you still may have a slight reflux that burns your throat a little. This continued irritation can cause you to have a continuous cough. Also a bad reflux could cause inflammation that takes a while to go away. Your cords could still be irritated from that.
