Remodel skull: Cranioplasty is a procedure to repair or replace or reshape the skull. The bone is removed and then reshaped and replaced to correct the defect requiring the repair. There are several types of cranioplasty, expansive, decompressive, replacement. Sometime artificial material is used to repair the defect in the skull.
