Possibly: Both of these agents have antimicrobial activity. They may cause irritation if the dose is too concentrated. I would only recommend them for an external ear infection not for inner ear infection. For a true inner ear infection, you may be better off with oral antibiotics.

Probably not.: Peroxide is very likely to cause clumping of the colloidal silver particles.
