What is the difference between paget's breast cancer & eczema?

See your doc: There are subtle differences, but a good rule is that paget's should be excluded for any persistent rash in the nipple area. If the patient has known eczema in other parts of the body, she will usually recognize it as such. Eczema rarely starts out in the nipple area only.
