Pain : Pain is the most common complaint, some patients also have neurological deficits such as numbness or weakness or other neuro deficits based on where the fracture is. If one only has pain and the fracture is stable then it is usually managed with pain meds and sometimes brace. If there are neuro deficits and/or fracture is unstable then usually treated with surgical fixation with fusion.
