Yes: 1.Dream sleep is intact inspite they don't see. 2 but they have is called a free-running type of circadian rhythm disorders as they don't have light stimulation to keep the same sleep-wake cycle. 3. So they tend to go to bed late regularly every few weeks and few week normal sleep cycle. But it is free running pattern. 4.Actigraphy is use for diagnosis. 4. Melatonin may be used.
