A member asked:

What type of viral infection in your eye can make vision blurry for over 2 weeks?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

A few varieties: While most pink eye (conjunctivitis) is due to a virus which affects the lining of the eye, there are a few which also disturb the corneal surface blurring the vision. These require a different treatment than the usual ones. See your ophthalmologist for diagnosis and proper treatment.
