How do i treat severe muscle pain after taking zoledronic acid?

Tylenol (acetaminophen): Approximately 20% get this. It lasts for several days and can be associated with a low grade fever. It can be very unpleasant; feels like you have the flu. In general this is treated with Acetaminophen but no more than 1000 mg 3 times daily. If symptoms persist i would see your provider.
