A member asked:

Is mefenamic acid + famotidine usually prescribed for heel pain?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Not commonly: Mefenamic acid is a nonsteroidal-antiinflammatory medication, and Famotidine is a stomach acid medication. Antiinflammatories are commonly used in treating heel pain, but your combination is the first I have heard of this.Talk to your pharmacist or prescribing doctor for more info.
