2 to 4 weeks: The holes in your gums should be closed in 2 to 4 weeks. By 4 to 6 weeks you should not really notice those spots much. It will take months and months for the bone to fill in, but you have no reason to be concerned with that.

Approx 1 week: Depends on what you mean by fully healed. Should be out of discomfort within 1 week. You may there's a "hole" there for an additional week depending on how extensive the surgery is.
