Common symptoms are headache (often made worse by bright lights or loud sounds), feeling 'foggy', grumpiness, trouble sleeping, trouble thinking, dizziness, and nausea. If you are concerned about a possible conclusion see your doctor. Also rest your brain by avoiding physical activity, get plenty of sleep, and minimize work or schoolwork.

Learn About It: More and more is being learned about concussions. Obvious symptoms may include fatigue, nausea, blurred vision, pain upon light exposure.And headaches. Subtle symptoms include " muddy thinking", slow reflexive response, poor school work etc.Final resolution may take months. There are validated tests and specialists for proper evaluation and they should be used.
