Variable / Headache: Symptoms of a concussion vary by area of brain affected. Common symptoms are headache (often made worse by bright lights or loud sounds), feeling 'foggy', grumpiness, trouble sleeping, trouble thinking, dizziness, and nausea. If you are concerned about a possible conclusion see your doctor. Also rest your brain by avoiding physical activity, get plenty of sleep, and minimize work or schoolwork.

Learn About It: More and more is being learned about concussions. Obvious symptoms may include fatigue, nausea, blurred vision, pain upon light exposure.And headaches. Subtle symptoms include " muddy thinking", slow reflexive response, poor school work etc.Final resolution may take months. There are validated tests and specialists for proper evaluation and they should be used.
