See Dr or go to ER: Do you have any hemorrhoids or fissures? If the bleeding is not much and it is from the hemorrhoids/fissures, you can schedule an appointment with your physician. But if the amount of blood loss is large and you have symptoms like light headedness/feel faint or have pofused sweating, abdominal pain or nausea and vomiting, you need to go to er.
