See your orthopedist: You can try simple medication like ibroprofen or Naproxen or acetaminophen. If the pain is more than an ache, persists, or worsens, see the orthopaedist who took care of you for the broken bone. You could also get a second opinion from another orthopaedist.

Follow up visit.: The fracture may have healed abnormally or it may not have healed at all. Depending on the injury, the development of arthritis is a very frequent possible complication of fractures involving joints. I recommend following up with your physician who may order new x-rays to evaluate the area.
