Intraarticular fract: A condylar fx is @ the distal portion of the phalanx which has condyls & fx can b of 1 cond or both or the fx is in shaft & takes with it both condylar. They r usually in need of surgery 2 obtain an anatomical joint & obtain alignment and stability.
