Exercise : Unclear how long ago you had rhinoplasty. Exercise will raise your blood pressure. Which can easily dislodge clot if you had recent surgery, which can lead to bleeding. Please delay the gym and discuss it with you physician.

Wait for Clearance: A steroid injection into the nose by itself should not Prohibit someone from going to the gym. After rhinoplasty, you want to wait a few weeks before resuming strenuous activity (at least 2) and longer before doing any contact sports. If your blood pressure raises too early during the healing phase, this can lead to bleeding. If you sustain trauma early on, delicate work can be ruined. D/w surgeon.

Depends on timing: If you are more than 2 weeks out of surgery then it is safe to go to the gym to exercise. Do not participate in any activities where you could get hit in the nose for at least 6 weeks after surgery.

Exercise post Rhino: Rhinoplasty patients typically return to non manual labor work within 7–10 days after surgery. Heavy activity, including bending and lifting, should be avoided early on. After 6 weeks, most normal activities and exercise can be resumed. If your steroid shot is after that period wait a few days prior to exercising. https://pacificcenterplasticsurgery.com/procedures/face/nose-reshaping/.
