Polycythemia : Polycythemia either primary or secondary increases the risk for heart attack, stroke, tia, blood clots and cause fatigue, dyspnea, cardiac symptoms, headaches, vision changes and erythromelalgia meaning some numbness in finger tips. It can also be a cause for erectile dysfunction and can affect sexual life. Polcythemics mag have other life style risk factors too contributing to ed.
