No : Paracetamol - also called Acetaminophen is not a "blood thinner". Neither is Codeine (which is a bad choice for a pain medicine by the way). Also non steroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (nsaids) stuch as Ibuprofen are also not "blood thinners" per se, but can have some inhibitor effect on platelets.
