I'd get a "Coach" : This is a tough one to answer in a few words, but i sense from this you have a great soul and are hungry to make some changes in your life--definitely talk to a counselor to help you set goals. In the mean time, eat healthy, get regular exercise, and good quality sleep. Be kind to others--smile, make eye contact. They'll smile back if they sense your genuine kindness, and then it's contagious!

Great book: A new york times best seller, the happiness project, is all about this. There are all kinds of things to do from getting more sleep to learning to appreciate the things you already have.
