Hemoglobin of 7?: Assuming you mean your hemoglobin is 7.0, i'm guessing that your hematocrit (the percentage of your blood that's made of red cells) is roughly 21. Normal is somewhere between 35 and 45. First, find out why your red blood cell count is low. You either aren't making enough red cells - or you are losing them somehow. It's not uncommon to lose blood through bowel movements without knowing it!

This is a fairly: Low HGB level. The most common cause in a young woman would be iron deficiency from heavy periods. This is not a dangerous situation, but 7 is low enough to cause significant symptoms. You will feel much better if you get the cause sorted out and get on treatment.
