Automatic: Results of marker screening tests depend on a number of variables to calculate risk. That risk should already have been calculated by the center that did your screening and they should be able to notify you if you are at increased risk based on the results.

Not sure: Honestly, i've never heard of a 12 week double marker test. Especially one that comes without interpretation. On all these tests you must make sure your due date is accurate and confirmedby ultrasound. Looks like you might have to do a google search mom means multiple of the mean which is a stastical term, look that up too. Good luck.
