Call Doc or go to ER: Fatigue is a common side-effect of heart meds like beta blockers, ace inhibitors, arb's, diuretics and calcium channel blockers used with people with heart disease. New symptoms could also signal heart failure, unstable angina, especially with perspiration which are medical emergencies. Call your doctor immediately and/or go to the er, especially if you also have chest pain, or short of breath.
