Less is better: Do not take any thing during pregnancy unless you absolutely need it, practically every goes in to your baby through your blood stream. It's one thing it once in a while but another taking regularly.

RLS: Tylenol (acetaminophen) will not fix it. Talk to your doctor. In pregnancy some people get a condition called restless legs syndrome. It may be related to low iron supply in your body or anemia. If your gyn was not familiar with the situation ask for referral to a sleep doctor.
