RLS: Tylenol (acetaminophen) will not fix it. Talk to your doctor. In pregnancy some people get a condition called restless legs syndrome. It may be related to low iron supply in your body or anemia. If your gyn was not familiar with the situation ask for referral to a sleep doctor.
