Usually not: Headache can come with tension if you are worried or anxious. Nuclear stress tests do no normally cause headache.

Headache: If you were given Adenosine that can cause a transient headache . If it was a treadmill test headache is not usual.

Lexiscan: The newer stress agent regadenoson (lexiscan) causes less headaches but some still do occur. Often you are told to have no caffeine for 24 hours prior to these tests and the caffeine withdrawal can also cause headache.
