Ent: You should see physician: internist, ophthalmologist or otolaryngologist (ent). You have chronic condition and should be evaluated by the doctor. You can start with your primary care physician.

I would suggest: An eye md or ophthalmologist second opinion, in case you have a more serious orbital process. Possibilities include wegener's, pseudo tumor, subperiosteal abscess but only with an in person exam would you get an accurate diagnosis. Best wishes.
