Unclear: Certainly wont hurt worth a try.If this problem is vein related it can be remedied seek a consultation from a vascular surgeon.

Probably not: There is no medical evidence that magnets or magnetic bracelets would help lipodermosclerosis. A bracelet probably wont hurt either except maybe your wallet.

Lipodermatosclerosis: A magnetic bracelet will not help lipodermatosclerosis. I would recommend that you see a vein specialist for an evaluation of an underlying vein problem which could be treated to improve the lipodermatosclerosis.
