Infection?: You may have a vaginal infection. You should see your gyn right away to be evaluated and treated.

Likely unrelated.: There are many potential causes for a vaginal discharge with odor whether you have a uterus or not. Check with your doctor to determine the cause of this discharge. Hope this helps.
