HEAD LICE: There is a nits comb that comes with the package. You can apply baby oil and run the comb along the hair strands to remove nits.

Louse comb: After you use a pediculocide (louse shampoo, cream rinse) you must mechanically remove the nits. This time consuming process should occur daily x 7 days, using a louse comb. The best one i've found is "licemeister". Ask pharmacist about products that help to loosen the bond between the nit and hair shaft. They can make a tedious job a little easier. Happy combing!
