Probably not: A pelvic ultrasound might see a mass growing in the bladder, but you would need either urine cytology or cytoscopy and biopsy for a diagnosis of cancer. I doubt a ob/gyn with a pelvic exam could feel a bladder cancer, unless it was extemely large.
