Depends: If you are taking Lamisil (terbinafine) daily it takes about 12 weeks or 84 days. If you are using the laser toenail treatment you get about 4 treatments to all 10 toes over the course of a couple of months and use the antifungla nail polish with it. Clean your socks wear clean socks daily and do not wear sandals unless you clean them prior to putting them on with special towlettes. Get new tennis shoes.
