Scar challenge: There are various types of scars and each one can be treated differently. Black marks or hyperpigmentation can be a component of the scars or something completely separate. I would recommend getting evaluated by a dermatologist or plastic surgeon to better address your cosmetic concerns.

Hard to say: It is hard to say what is going to be the best solution to your problems without an actual physical exam. Unfortunately there are many different ways to treat different marks. Lasers, chemical peels, dermabrasions, and even some creams can work to clear your skin. Best to get a consultation with a plastic surgeon or dermatologist to find a solution to this one.
