Cosmetic dentistry: Veneers, or other cosmetic bonding techniques, seem like the best option. Visit a dentist in your area. After evaluating your entire dentition, they will be able to provide you with the best treatment.

Enamel or filled?: Enamel stains can be removed by cleaing aqnd possibly whitening istain is due to dark foods penetrating the surface enamel. If teeth are dark deeply into the structure of the teeth it may require a crown or a root canal on a single tooth or crowns or veneers to cover multiple teeth stained dark due to intrinsic stains possibly stains are old fillings nneding replacement.

Ask your dentist: External stains on teeth can often be polished or whitened away. If the stains are intrinsic, it may require some additional work such as fillings, crowns or veneers, or root canals. Your dentist is the best person to ask as it is impossible to know what type of stains you have without looking at your teeth.
