How can i tell if i suffer from anxiety?

It's subjective but-: Everyone seems to understand when a person says "i'm really anxious right now".It's not always clear what causes those uncomfortable feelings of racing heart beats, restlessness, and sometimes chest pressure and shortness of breath. Others feel an almost electrical "wired" sensation. Some people can't sleep or eat or will do the reverse. Usually anxious folks don't function well either.

Anxiety: Worried thinking can cause anxiety, but some causes are biological or the result of trauma or illness. Anxiety symptoms include nervousness, sweaty palms, rapid pulse, dry mouth, restlessness, nausea, rapid/shallow breathing, tension, a feeling of panic or doom, social avoidance, insomnia, nightmares. Consultation with a care provider may help alleviate your symptoms
