Physical injury!: Depends on the type. My daughter is assoc editor of "fight" magazine, the magazine of mixed martial arts. Cage fighting-incredibly violent. I believe training in wrestling, boxing, judo, and other forms of combat sports is good exercise, benefits your mind, makes you more confident, and can protect you in a bad situation! many are great sporting activities to be e joyed!

Combat sports: Almost anything. Although stimulating mentally and physically, these create higher risk for fracture, dislocation, concussion, internal organ injury, facial, dental, pretty much anything--you name it.
