LOTS of choices: Your best bet is to research some recipes of things that you like.. Using fresh ingredients and reducing recipe sizes to fit two people works. Spaghetti, salads, pasta salads, chicken salads, soups are all good choices as they can be frozen if you make a lot and eaten later. Anything fresh will always be a good healthy bet.
