Friction: Your shoulder is the most complex joint in your body as it can move in so many directions - flexion, extension, internal and external rotation, adduction, abduction. With so many moving parts you can have excess friction in the joint related to injury or inflammation. If you swim a lot, you may have an overuse syndrome going on. Back off on your training for a week and see if it improves.
