Different drugs: Seconal (secobarbital) is barbiturate and used in the treatment of epilepsy and sometimes insomnia. Seroquel is used as adjunctive therapy in bipolar disorder. It is psychotropic agent with multiple side effects. Both medications should be used under physician guidance and supervision.
