Predatory fish: Avoid eating large predator fish. Marine life often is not able to excrete heavy metals and other toxins they absorb through pollutants. Through the processes of bioaccumulation & biomagnification, methylmercury levels grow higher is large ocean predators. Consider eating fish that are lower on the prey- predator food chain.
