i am getting pre-spotting for 2 days before my periods.and sometimes for 4 days also which is very irritating.plz advice.i have regular periods.?

Several possible: Two most common things are cervical irritation (can be normal variant or infection or precancerous cells or a cervical polyp) or endometrial irritation such as inflammation or polyps. Your doctor can help sort this out. May take more than one visit.
