Do urine pregnancy.: Irregular periods associated with back pain and Nausea/Vomiting can indicate several things. A lower urinary tract infection, pelvic inflammatory disease, ectopic pregnancy, fibroids, STD, spontaneous abortion are some of the conditions. Initial work up should include a pelvic exam,Urine pregnancy and urine dipstick And STD cultures in the office. Then if necessary blood work and pelvic U/S
