Maybe...: The eosinophils correlate with allergies, but the psoriasis is often thought of as the other "arm" of the immune system; we usually think of atopic dermatitis (eczema) as more on the allergic side, so this is not the usual situation. There is a small subset of psoriasis patients who respond to gluten avoidance (or other allergen avoidance) so it might be worth getting tested by an allergist.
