Is it safe to be induced at 36weeks3days.?

Sure: You likely have a problem where early delivery is warranted. There may be a slightly higher chance of failure but it is low compared to, say, preeclampsia (severe). After 34 weeks or 2000 grams ( 4 1/2 pounds) the long term problems for baby are within 1% of being born at term. Absent a major problem the baby may need a few days of help in the nicu; multiple variables can affect that.
